Submit works focusing on the theme of Architecture.Image SpecificationsAll images should be in jpeg format. Files should be no larger than 2MB in size but should be fairly high resolution. All images for the website will be resized to 500 pixels in largest length, but the large image size will be used for the catalog. The recommended size of the images for the printed catalog should be 2000 x 1600. Entry FeeThere is an entry fee of $25 for your submission of 3 jpeg formatted images. You may enter additional work at $5 for each additional. Payment should be made by credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Fees will be charged on or after the deadline when your work has been accepted.Please make your payment online at the following link: http://www.photosandart.com/architecture1.html Accepted WorkNOTE: Only those artists whose work has been accepted will be charged the entry fee.After work has been accepted, there will be a couple of days prior to the show to make any changes necessary to prices or descriptions. However, when the show begins, we hope to have had all corrections made. NOTE: All prices should be specified in U.S. dollars. Artwork will be exhibited during the entire 12 month period weather or not the work has been sold within that time. The work may be sold by the Artist or our gallery, but in case that the Artist sells the work, they must email us immediately so that we can indicate that information online. JurorThe Design Concepts Unlimited team will act as jurors for the selection of works and judges of all awards. Donna Corless, Photographer and Artist, Founder and Owner of Design Concepts Unlimited, Inc. will be the head of the Jurors.AwardsWinners for this exhibition are "The Selected Artists" for the exhibition. All artwork selected for this exhibition will be exhibited on PhotosandArt.com for a period of one year.Awards and Special Recognitions will be given to recognize artists that best represent the theme (in quality, creativity, and professional presentation of work) for the exhibition. Awards may include recognition as "Best of Show Winner" and "Curator's Choice Award Winner". Both will receive Certificates. The Best of Show Winner will receive the honor of having the front cover spot in the Exhibition Catalog. Also, they receive a Featured Artist Spot in the Bios section of the PhotosandArt.com site for one whole year. Best of Show Winners also get their work and link to their page in the Exhibition Featured on the Front page of PhotosandArt.com the first month of the Exhibition. Jurors have the right to present Cash Awards to the Best of Show Winner as an extra pat on the back to support the Artist and to cover entry expenses. The quantity of Curator's Choice Awards Winners may vary depending on the number of entries received. These winners may be offered the back cover of the Exhibition Catalog. They also will receive special attention on the front page of the PhotosandArt.com site. Pictures from these Curator's Choice Winners will be rotated as "Special Featured Works" at the top of the screen for the first month of the Exhibition. Sales PromotionYour work will be represented online and remain online for a period of one whole year. Design Concepts Unlimited, Inc. will take 30% commission on sales directly attributed from this exhibition. Design Concepts Unlimited, Inc. will work hard to promote the works of the artists through various advertising efforts. The Exhibition Catalogs are created with the intent of creating additional exposure for the artist. Artists will have the option of using these catalogs for additional promotion for themselves. All works must be available for sale at the time of submission. The artist is responsible for shipping to the customer when a sale is made. Shipping fees will be added to the order when destination is determined.Once the exhibition is closed, the images and/or artist name and work title will remain in archive on the site.
